1 – Where can I by Mesurecom's products?
You can buy products directly from the manufacturer: MESURECOM.
You can order by mail, on paper, adding a check payable to Mesurecom, or on our website via a secure transaction by Blue Card or Paypal.
2 – What are the delivery terms?
Delivery terms are defined in the CVG (general conditions of sale). Delivery is guaranteed by carrier Chronopost 48h to France. At this time of delivery, it must add up to 24 to 48 hours for the preparation of orders.
Shipments are automatically insured for France (including Corsica) as well as Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. For other European Union countries, contact us to define the modalities of delivery, usually, delivery take one week.
3 - Where to find spare parts?
Make your request to Mesurecom, then we will tell you how to replace the defective parts under the warranty. Note that even when the product is no longer under warranty, Mesurecom ensure that its suppliers are able to replace the defective parts (at your expense).
